Can I return my purchase?
In an unlikely case that you have changed your mind after you received your goods, within 7 days you are entitled to get a full refund back without any questions asked. Provided all boxes are not open and is sealed in its original state. Note: In the case of a special order there is a 10% re-stock fee that applies.
Can I cancel my order?
Before goods are dispatched, your order can be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. Note: If item has already been dispatched, a delivery fee will apply.
What can I do when I receive my goods and realise it has been damaged?
If an item comes to you damaged or defective simply call us on 02 80741850 and report where the damage has been taken. Please also take a few photos of the damaged area so we can determine whether an exchange for your damaged product is applicable.
Does the item that I have purchased come fully installed?
To avoid goods damaged in transit, all items are packed differently according to its size and weight. Every item you purchase is DIY and comes with instructions for easy assembly. If for any reason, you have difficulty with installation please ring our help desk on 02 80741850
