Delivery Information
We dispatch your item(s) on the same business day if you purchase before 12:00PM noon (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays). Given we dispatch your goods with a third-party courier, we have received a number of frequently asked questions regarding delivery. Please refer to the below which may answer your question(s)
How many days should I expect to receive my delivery?
After your purchase has been dispatched, you would normally receive your goods within 2 working days if you live in a metropolitan city on the East coast of Australia, and an estimated 7 working days to the West coast of Australia (Perth) and the Northern Territory. Please note that these are only estimated delivery times. They may vary throughout certain times of the Year (e.g. public holidays) as demand cycles fluctuate.
Will the driver contact me for delivery?
The delivery cut off time is 2 PM and any purchase received after 2PM will dispatched the next day. You should expect a message (text or call) from the delivery driver approximately 30 minutes prior to the anticipated drop-off time. Please confirm you are at your nominated address to the driver, else the good(s) will be returned to the depot for holding until collection. For large items (such as furniture), please provide us with your phone (preferably mobile) so you can be contacted by the driver to ensure you are home for delivery. Otherwise, we will give permission for them to leave the item at your door.
Can I arrange a suitable date for delivery?
Yes you can, simply call us or email us at sales@geckoproducts.com.au and quote your purchase, name and mobile number. Let us know which suitable date you would like your purchase to be delivered. Note: We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
What if my item was lost during delivery?
All items on our website include insurance with shipping. If your item does not arrive, call us at 02 8074 1850 or email us at sales@geckoproducts.com.au so that we can investigate the issue. If your item was truly lost by our delivery courier, we will send you another one.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
