Free Delivery on small items under 5 Kg
What are my delivery options?
All items that can fit in a satchel under the weight of 5 Kg on this website are Free Delivery to anywhere within Australia.
What is your delivery date?
Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
How many days should I expect to receive my delivery?
After your purchase has been dispatched, normally you will receive your goods within 2 working days if you live in East coast, and an estimate of 7 days in West coast and the Northern Territory.
Will the driver contact me for delivery?
Goods will then be dispatched on the same day if we have received your order and items have been paid for before noon. Note: The delivery cut off time is 2 PM and any purchase received after 2PM will ship out the next day. For large items (such as furniture), please provide us with your phone (preferably mobile) so you can be contacted by the driver to ensure you are home for delivery. Otherwise, we will give permission for them to leave the item at your door.
Can I arrange a suitable date for delivery?
Yes you can, simply call us or email us at email@example.com and quote your purchase, name and mobile number. Let us know which suitable date you would like your purchase to be delivered. Note: We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
What if my item was lost during delivery?
All items on our website include insurance with shipping. If your item does not arrive, call us at 02 9724 2237 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate the issue. If your item was truly lost by our delivery courier, we will send you another one.
Do you delivery outside Australia?
New Zealand, Singapore, Hawaii, Fiji, New Caledonia. ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES WILL BE CHARGED SEPERATELY, please call our help desk ON +61 2 97242237 or Email us at: email@example.com for an International Delivery quote. All items delivered outside Australia will require extra care; we will repack each item securely before export without any further cost and handling.
