Refund Guarantee

Within 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for an unconditional refund if an item delivered to you does not match, is incorrectly described or for any other reason that you no longer wish to keep the item. Please call us at the number below for an arrangement of an unconditional refund.
Note: We only accept refunds on the condition that the item is in good condition and repacked in it’s original packaging. Postage must also be paid for before an arrangement can be made.

There’s nothing more annoying when receiving an item upon arrival only to find out that there are missing parts. That is why we have a team of quality control inspectors who make sure every single unit is checked then double checked before it is sealed.
They also perform test drops where every unit must be tested for strength and durability to prevent damages whilst in transit.

We are flexible: If you are around the location of our warehouse (listed below), you can arrange a time for your item/s to be collected. If time is the issue and you won’t be able to collect your goods on the week day, please contact us first before an arrangement can be made for item to be picked up on the weekend.
